EXPERT was designed with a user-centric approach, based on heuristic research,
validated assumptions and repeated user testing.
Users want to interact with specialists (Experts) who can answer their questions.
Based on research and competitor analysis of real people who would use a service like this, I created two user personas.
By creating user personas, I was able to focus on user motivations, attitudes, and challenges.
I made user journey maps to help me visualize the steps a user would take to complete a task and empathize with how they might be feeling during those steps.

I began wire-framing with paper and pencil to get a rough idea of how I envisioned EXPERT.
Later, I used Balsamiq to convert those low-fidelity wireframes to mid-fidelity.
Once I had a better understanding of EXPERT, I translated all my wireframes into high-fidelity wireframes using Sketch
I was able to gain a better understanding of how users interact with apps by conducting usability tests.
