OVERVIEW
Real estate investment is an increasingly popular way for individuals to achieve financial security.
It is an exciting and emotional experience, but often complicated. While there are plenty of blogs and agencies providing information, often, buyers new to the market may struggle to get started without professional guidance and waste time viewing properties out of their range.
Perfect Properties will provide them with the expertise needed to get started efficiently.
USER
PERSONA
Creating a user persona allowed me to focus on this users motivation, behavior, and challenges when using a Real Estate investment app/website.
As an IT consultant for a growing tech company, Rashida is frequently on the go, and often holds meetings by phone in her car while driving. She is good at multitasking and relies heavily on technology to help her with this.

MOOD BOARD & COLOR SCHEME
I started with accessibility in mind, keeping colors and contrast in check.
The color scheme I chose is meant to invoke trust, affordability and optimism.

Keeping the user in mind at all times, I wanted Perfect Properties to attract a user that is not only interested in real estate investment, but needs guidance along the way to achieve their real estate investment goals.

WIREFRAMES
I did some research into other well known Real Estate Investment apps, FundRise. Afterwards, I was able to begin the basic information architecture for the mobile responsive site of Perfect Properties, using Sketch.

Responsive Design
Once I had the information architecture setup, color scheme and accessible colors in check, I began the task of adapting the wireframes to tablet and desktop sizes for a mobile responsive UI across all platforms (desktop, mobile and tablet)
